Concept Artist Job Description
- Design shapes, silhouettes, and forms for high-quality mobile games
- Translate character concept with normal proportion to in-game view proportion
- Work together with fellow artists and designers to achieve exceptionally unique visual identities
- Participate in meeting with external Art Advisor once a week outside working hour

ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS
- Not currently active in school or college
- Able to work full-time at Agate HQ (Bandung, Indonesia)
REQUIREMENTS
- Familiar with stylized art direction
- Experienced in creating character concept
- Fast speed in sketching and presenting early ideas
- Able to communicate designed concept pieces clearly

PLUSES:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in video game / movie / comics industry
- Understand 3D asset pipeline
