We are currently looking to hire a Senior iOS Engineering for our team in Jakarta due to business expansion.

About the Team

  • Be part of the Engagement & Partnerships team, helping to drive forward innovative product solutions that are part of Grab’s passenger apps.
  • We’re a lean team of creative, data-driven and strategic mobile and backend engineers, in the service of shaping the Grab brand into a lovable powerhouse in SE Asia.

  • We deliver services that are relevant to our customers’ daily lives, a compelling ecosystem-wide value proposition tying all partner services together and a contextual and differentiated service discovery mechanisms that increase the presence of our non-core services in user’s awareness and consideration set – help us build it!

Senior iOS Engineer At Grab Indonesia Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Product, UX/UI and Backend teams to design, build and extend consumer and/or partner facing new products, platforms and features.
  • Collaborate with QA on continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) as well as another automated and manual testing to make sure our app releases are always worthy of five-star ratings.
  • Raise the bar by reviewing each other’s code, share knowledge, tips and tricks, and generally help out – within and across teams.
  • Evaluate new mobile methodologies and technologies.
  • Build reusable iOS software components for the Grab platform

Senior iOS Engineer At Grab Indonesia Requirements 

  • 5+ years of relevant, broad engineering experience, including 3+ native iOS app development experience.
  • A degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology or related fields.
  • Highly accountable and takes ownership, with a collaborative attitude, and a lifelong learner.
  • Experience and understanding of large and complex code bases and architectures.
  • Strong UX/UI design exposure and experience in making apps work intuitively and with pixel perfect interfaces.
  • Advanced knowledge of Swift programming language.
  • Great communication skills in English.

Senior iOS Engineer At Grab Indonesia Good to have

  • Prior experience in Flutter development.
  • A portfolio of multiple apps available on Apple Store.
