As a Programmatic Industry Manager, you’ll work with us to grow the Programmatic market in Indonesia, advocating the Google Marketing Platform (GMP) suite of solutions, especially our Display and Video 360 product.

We focus on offering the largest agencies, advertisers and media buyers integrated technology through GMP to support them in the fast growing and highly strategic areas of programmatic and real-time advertising.

In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with key agencies, partners and the wider Sales team in advocating for Programmatic and Data-driven Marketing as areas shaping the future of marketing organizations powering not only technology and methodology, but also shaping commercial, transactional and organizational change.

You will be experienced in managing complex agency and customers relationships, and you will bring a thorough understanding of the online industry business, as well as experience of complex technology solutions and the ability to advocate effectively in order to help our customers grow.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms.

Programmatic Industry Manager, Google Marketing Platform (Bahasa Indonesia) Google Indonesia Responsibilities

  • Achieve goals on the customer portfolio by maximizing adoption/usage of the Google Marketing Platform.
  • Develop strategic account plans for the customers within your portfolio, including growth opportunities identification, action planning, and business growth forecast.
  • Create relationships within the customer/partners organization at all levels including senior executives, direct and indirect users of the product, and usage/repurchase decision makers.
  • Build and maintain thought leadership regarding GMP across an allocated portfolio of agencies and customers to support advertiser and agency organizations in their alignment into a data-driven marketing environment.
  • Promote media technology and capability both internally and externally. Monitor industry trends, landscape, and identify and take preemptive action to mitigate risks to the business.

Programmatic Industry Manager, Google Marketing Platform (Bahasa Indonesia) Google Indonesia Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of combined experience in media, marketing, brand management, and/or advertising sales
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently.

Programmatic Industry Manager, Google Marketing Platform (Bahasa Indonesia) Google Indonesia Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in managing and exceeding Sales quotas.
  • Familiarity with online media buying and selling processes, and knowledge of advertising technologies including Ad Serving, rich media, search management, DSPs, SSPs, and Ad Exchanges.
  • Ability to have a strategic and analytical sales approach, with a focus on building relationships with clients.
