Principal Cyber Security Specialist At Grab Indonesia Responsibilities:

• Become a focal point in Indonesia for effective engagement between technology / business areas and the Cyber Security function
• Become a trusted adviser to senior business and technology stakeholders in Indonesia and provide broad knowledge of cyber security and data governance strategies, policies, processes, architecture and road maps to enable divisions/business to understand and meet the requirements
• Become a focal point for effective engagement of government affairs and public relations with the Indonesia governments and agencies on cyber security and data governance related matters
• Facilitate planning and delivery of cyber security and data governance services and initiatives in Indonesia
• Contribute to development and implementation of cyber security architecture, and the design of cyber security service and processes
• Advise stakeholders in Indonesia on how to achieve the relevant cybersecurity and data governance controls and assist with solutions to support them
• Promote the cyber security and data governance culture within the businesses by being pro-actively involved with the stakeholders
• Assisting in rolling out cyber security and data governance policies, procedures, and guidelines in Indonesia businesses
• Provide governance and oversight on the remediation of audit or special review issues within the stipulated time frame
• Identify and communicating value-adding recommendations on cyber security risk management issues and performance improvement opportunities to Management
• Act as project manager for various cyber security / data governance engagements/projects in Indonesia

Principal Cyber Security Specialist At Grab Indonesia Requirements:

• At least 12-15 years of experience in cybersecurity, data governance, or technology-related field
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Governance or a technology-related field
• Professional information security certification such as CISSP/CISM/CISA/CRISC/ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
• Experience in engaging senior stakeholders and leadership teams
• Experience in engaging with regulatory bodies and government agencies on technology and cyber security related matters
• Experience in cyber security or data governance, risk & compliance
• Solid knowledge of various cyber security and assurance frameworks i.e. ISO-27001, NIST 800-53, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, Center for Internet Security Best Practices, ITIL Security Management
• Solid knowledge of cyber security regulatory requirements across the regions
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to educate a non-technical audience about various security measures
• Able to perform risk assessments to understand the business requirements and come up with risk mitigation strategies from a security perspective
