Operations Development Specialist At PT Bank Jago Tbk Key Accountabilities

  • Handles various projects to create and design policies and operational procedures of banking operations.
  • Maintain relation and coordination with stakeholder in order to make sure the operational procedure support business growth and compliance makes initiations of new process to improve the quality of the bank’s operations.
  • Oversee all the working process including regulation and supporting system / infrastructure, and take initiative for process improvement that will deliver more efficient, more controlled and more comfortable working mechanism for external as well as internal customer.
  • Manage and improve customer experience by service excellent implementation.
  • Establish SOPs, policies and guidelines to automate business processes and ensure compliance to applicable service standards.

Operations Development Specialist At PT Bank Jago Tbk Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience as Process Improvement, Project Owner on Banking or Financial Industry will be advantage.
  • Have knowledge of banking (products, services and processes).
  • Have expertise related to Project Management.
  • Have strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Have communication skills in interacting and collaborating with other parties.
  • Have basic knowledge of “process improvement” such as productivity analysis / Business Engineering / Lean Sigma, Performance Management, Business Process Design / Process Improvement, Project Management, Change Management.
