Accounting Staff Responsibility
- Implement and maintain financial controls within organization
- Administer day-to-day accounting data such as administering third parties invoices, execute payment to vendors, checking cash flow with payment gateway, etc.
- Responsible for billing activities, accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Lodge cash/ cheque and maintain daily petty cash balance and manage minimum cash payment to support daily operational
- Do the calculation, reporting and all kind of tax payment
- Make a financial report and tax report
- Perform general bookkeeping
Accounting Staff Requirement
- Female, preferably below 30 years old
- Significant work experience (minimum 2 – 3 years) in related field is required for this position
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent with a GPA of 3.0 or above
- Proven skill in Microsoft Office (Ms. Excel & Ms. Word)
- Has experience with Taxation process and Accounting Journals
- E Tax, Tax Calculation, General Accounting
- Familiar with Accurate / Accounting software (Brevet A & B is a plus)
- Able to work on deadline basis
- Have a strong analysis ability
- Salary/ Take Home Pay (all in) max. Rp. 6 million
- Placement in South Jakarta
