Event Organiser have a unique role in which you are being responsible for deployment and execution of strategic online & offline activation activity at special event to support JAGO Acquisition target. Your involvement is crucial in making sure that JAGO will reach millions of customer and give people the apps they really needed in day to day life. You will work together like minded people inside the Go To Market Organisation that oversee the Brand’s narrative, customer engagement and Acquisition throughout the customer life cycle.
Event Organizer At PT Bank Jago Tbk Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for JAGO Special event deployment
- Deliver online & offline acquisition target as per defiined target from events deployment
- Identify threats & opportunities during event execution and drive a tactical action to manage crisis on site
- Working closely with agency partners to achieve excellence execution
- Production quality assurance for all exhibition hardware assets (Booth, Etc)
- Ensure standardize event execution quality meets with brand guidance
- Weekly performance monitoring on event effectiveness & improvement plan
- Maintain activation budget & Spend effectiveness
Event Organizer At PT Bank Jago Tbk Qualifications
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG with similar role
- Familiar with sales related activity and/or Trade marketing
- Field exposure & Below the line activity experience required
- Experience in field enablement, marketing, BTL Activation and/or sales roles
- Demonstrates a service-oriented mindset and desire to work well with partner/client.
- Solid project management and consultancy experience, including project evaluation and dissemination
- Ability to deliver to deadlines in a busy office environment
- Attention to detail combined with good organization skills
