Business Development Executive
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Business Development or Sales Executive or in the B2B sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage, communicate effectively, and develop strategic relationships with game developers, distributors, agents, and small business owners.
- Strong knowledge and skills in the sales process, with analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with the PPOB ecosystem and experience working with agents and small businesses in the gaming and digital product industry.
- Knowledge of sports, gaming, esports, and influencers is strongly preferred but not required – a strong passion for games is ideal.
Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date with all new gaming projects and trends to identify potential business opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with game developers, distributors, agents, and small business owners to establish collaborative opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients to secure new business and drive sales growth.
- Increase sales transactions of B2B products by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Perform sales administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and accurate record-keeping.

Sr. Mobile Developer

Responsibilities
- Developing application programming interfaces (APIs) to support mobile functionality
- Keeping up to date with the terminology, concepts and best practices for coding mobile apps
- Using and adapting existing web applications for apps
- Working closely with colleagues to constantly innovate app functionality and design
Requirement
- As a Mobile Developer / Engineer at least 3 year
- Experience with React Native and React Native modules
- Strong understanding of programming principles (REST, DDD, etc)
- Technically strong in Typescript, Recoil and react-query
- Deep understanding of core mobile concepts such as lifecycle, React Hooks, networking, caching, device features, etc.
- Experienced in Git is a must
- Ability to review code and provide structured feedback
- Build mock API
- Writer unit test
- In third-party APIs integration (Firebase, Code-push, Sentry, etc)
