We’re looking for a recruiter who speaks Japanese and has high standards, to join our Indonesian team. You will be managing and taking part in recruitment projects. You will be recruiting to fulfill our internal stakeholders needs.

What we need As Recruiter (Japanese Speakers) At Influx
- Skills and experience in recruitment
- Has excellent Japanese skills (written and spoken)
- Has a valid JLPT certificate min. N2
- Has excellent English skills (written and spoken)
- High standards, and the discipline to uphold them
- The ability to read people accurately and objectively
- Initiative and competence
- Experience in managing a small team (1-3 person) is a plus
Responsibilities As Recruiter (Japanese Speakers) At Influx
- Planning and managing recruitment projects
- Creating and monitoring the progress of each project
- Upholding high standards throughout the process (Participating in recruitment projects, Inspecting job applications, Conducting interviews)
- Coordinate with the operations team to determine recruitment targets
- Coordinate with the HR team in other countries
- Contribute to a high-performance and friendly workplace culture
