IT Shared Service have a unique role in which:

• You are supporting shared services related to banking financial transactions and maintain service operations according to agreed standards and services.
• Coordinate effectively with all support squad/chapter to ensure complex inquiries raised by customers from various sources solved properly.
• You will work together like-minded people inside the Technology Organisation that oversee the Jago’s heartbeat to serve millions of customers.

IT Shared Service At PT Bank Jago Tbk Key Accountabilities

• Manage, implement & monitor transaction-related services (switching, card management system, etc.).
• Manage, implement & monitor for integration with external partners (Alto, ATM Bersama, Visa, etc.).
• Leading or coordinating planning, resource management, resource dispatch, monitoring of tickets for problem solving related to service operation activities.
• Provide technical and operations support to customers and internal development teams.
• Organize multiple production issues, customer requests and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Gather information independently, carry out necessary research and provide an in-depth analysis to resolve production issues.
• Provide a concrete explanation of resolutions to issues.
• Collaboration with related internal teams to integrate with internal systems (core banking system, microservices, etc.).
• Collaboration with related internal teams to support the operations of the bank business.

IT Shared Service At PT Bank Jago Tbk Qualifications

• 3 -7 years in the financial / banking / telecommunications industry.
• Project management.
• Implement projects using Agile/scrum methodology.
• Team synergy.
• Communication.

IT Shared Service At PT Bank Jago Tbk Technical Expertise :

• Knowledge and experience in Financial transaction processing.
• ISO8583 message format.
• Knowledge and experience in API/web services/ microservices is preferred.
• ITSM/ITIL is preferred.
• Cloud Management is a plus.
