We are looking for a HR Manager for our fast-growing Talent team. Our ideal teammate will have a strong Human Resources experience. You’re comfortable working in the fast-paced environment of a fintech in growth mode, while also having an eye for the nuances that make or break a brand!

In this HR Manage role, your responsibilities include:

• Act as hiring partner to work together with stakeholders across countries to execute hiring plan independently
• Develops and manages recruitment strategies/processes to identify and attract qualified applicants for selection
• Utilizes contacts with industry sources & associations
• Provides recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and to hire and retain talent
• Responsible for job posting, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, initial assessments, interviews, offers and onboarding process, employee exit
• Research and document industry and market intelligence, provide feedback to the business, and identify and source top talent by researching industry trends, attending and presenting at conferences and events, networking, and promoting company referral programs
• Maintain strong communities of talent, while proactively responding to the business needs, creating detailed recruitment project plans, which encompass timelines, strategies, cost, resources, and ROI of various recruiting activities and efforts
• Track critical recruitment data, produce regular and ad-hoc metrics and reporting on recruiting activities
• Assists with college/university recruitment and internship programs across countries
• Manage CV screen and conduct thorough behavioral based interviews and phone screens to assess both skills and attitude fit for the role
• Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity
• Perform administrative and support functions (leave management, payroll, Non Cash benefit  related)
• Responsible to manage gov related requests, policies, working permits application
• Act as Business Partner for both company and each individual
• Assist and execute strategic HR projects
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors
• Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
• Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Ultimately, you may shine in this HR Manage role if you:

• Solid ability to conduct different type of interview (technical, attitude, behavior, cultural fit)
• Proven outstanding work experience as Recruiter, either in-house (2 years) or in headhunting agency (2 years),  focus on Financial Institution industry
• Have exposure in managing IT hiring is a plus
• Hands-on experience maximizing the hiring process by using recruitment software and manual database
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Strong decision-making skill
• Able to establish and reach out new network coming from various level of seniority
• Experienced working closely with senior management to drive HR related issues and topics
