Business Development Manager Job Description
- Build rapport and trust with Fidelitas’ counterparts to maintain strong goodwill and working relationship
- Monitor, develop, and pursue new business opportunities, whilst screening inbound opportunities for scale and strategic fit
- Develop winning strategies and participate in development of proposals for prospective new business
- Responsible for the development and management of sales pursuits/relationships and presentation efforts
- Work with internal teams to effectively manage partnerships, identify roadblocks, propose solutions, and help ensure all resources are working together efficiently to optimize partnerships
Business Development Manager Requirement
General Requirement
Our Marketing & Business Development Dept. is looking for high capacity talent to lead team. The typical profile that we seek are independent, intellectual, like new challenges, high integrity, high initiative, willing to learn, energetic, can work under pressure and deliver quality of work.
Business Development Manager Technical and Specific Requirement
- Significant work experience (minimum 3 years) in business development, marketing (marketing penetration and new market development), or other related experience.
- Max. 35 years old
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field with a GPA of 3.3 or above (Bachelor’s degree could come from any discipline)
- Ability to absorb high intensive trainings in corporate finance services and/or portfolio management
- Comfortable in English speaking and excellent in writing (ability to speak or write in Mandarin is a plus)
- Must be able to communicate amiably, effectively and professionally with all external counterparts, as well as internal stakeholders
- Possess an outgoing personality and high social skills to comfortably deal with people at the top level
- Ability to work well with others in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Display the ability to develop a thorough understanding of Fidelitas’ products, offerings and strategies
- Established project management experience and the ability to prioritize multiple projects at one time
- Able to exercise discretion and keep strictest levels of confidentiality.
