We are looking for Technical Chat Support. As part of the Customer Success Team, Technical Chat Support will be responsible to support the customers by assessing and understanding their needs to improve the website through live chat.

Technical Chat Support At  Niagahoster Responsibilities:

• Interactive learning in our Customer Success Academy with extra guidance and mentors;
• Answering incoming conversations via live chat;
• Helping the Customer to improve their website by assessing their needs;
• Adjusting the product of Hostinger and actively selling additional services.

Technical Chat Support At  Niagahoster Job requirements

• Male;
• Exceptional English skills (C1 or higher);
• Min Diploma in any field (IT field is a plus);
• Interest in IT and having knowledge in the domain, hosting, blog, and website will be valued.
• You enjoy communicating and helping people;
• You are friendly and motivated to conquer the internet.
