As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing a pipeline promoting Google Cloud solutions to Education sector customers in Indonesia. You will be comfortable managing large accounts, building relationships, showcasing the value of technology in education, building solutions and establishing large growth opportunities.

Field Sales Representative, Education, Public Sector, Google Cloud Google Indonesia Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Relevant experience in Sales or Business Development roles.

Field Sales Representative, Education, Public Sector, Google Cloud Google Indonesia Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience selling infrastructure software, databases, analytical tools, applications software, or cloud solutions. Familiar with Google Cloud.
  • Experience working with/managing partners in complex implementation projects including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.
  • Experience with large, complex commercial/legal negotiations, working with procurement, legal and business team.
  • Familiar with the Public Sector industry and process in Indonesia, particularly in education ministry and universities.
  • Ability to work with sales engineers and customer technical leads to inventory existing software estate, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance and question the status quo.

Field Sales Representative, Education, Public Sector, Google Cloud Google Indonesia Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain executive relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and be a reliable advisor representing Google Cloud. Cover areas including Education, Research and non-profit organizations.
  • Discuss and manage the entire cycle, often presenting to C-level executives in Education/Public Sector customers. Be able to qualify and assist customers in identifying use cases suitable for Google Cloud deployment, articulate key differentiators and typical customer buying journeys.
  • Lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with Customer Engineers and Google partners.
  • Develop and execute a territory plan, build specific account plans, resulting in a robust business growth pipeline and achieving quarterly goals.
  • Manage multiple opportunities, simultaneously working with cross-functional teams as necessary, and serve as the primary customer contact for all growth/adoption-related activities, including agreement discussion.
