Digital Marketing Manager At BLUECITY蓝城兄弟 Jakarta Indonesia

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and execute growth marketing solutions for Blued campaigns including KOL in Indonesia, third party ads and more, thus increasing the number of registered users and active users.
- Seek out, develop, and execute new marketing opportunities as well as an influencer strategy to expand Blued reach, including managing performance marketing channels in Indonesia.
- Manage the budget for advertising and promotional items, ensure budget effectiveness, and deliver ROI.
- Develop copy and content for company’s website, social media, in-app newsletters, meant to engage our potential users and followers.
- Assist paid mobile search and display advertising ( Instagram, YouTube ).
- Run campaigns utilizing growth hacking, A/B testing and multivariate testing, develop App Store Optimization strategies.
- Ad-hoc project management of marketing projects.
Qualifications:
- Degree holder in marketing, business or relevant majors.
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin OR English fluently and idiomatically.
- 3-5 years experience in marketing, with at least one year spent solely in the mobile app marketing space.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using analytic tools such as Google Analytics or MixPanel.
- LGBTQ friendly with passion for mobile and app industry.
- Preferably with experience working for Chinese companies.
