Back-Office Assistant
.
Responsibilities :
– Provide support to the PR & WS team with basic admin tasks in the company
.
Job Description :
– Perform data entry (CRM, orders, clipping, etc)
– Data filing system and maintenance (CRM, orders, clipping, etc)
– Gathering and processing datas (CRM, orders, clipping, etc)
– Organize and maintain calendars, deadlines and important documents
– Manage WS supply & inventory, include digital & physical assets
– Assisting in coordinating with other departments (accounting, logistics, etc)
– Assisting for I.T support
.
Skills requirements :
– Good English in verbal and written
– Excellent organisational skill
– Knowledge of computer operating system
– Expert in Excel and other Ms office software
– Familiar with Google Email, Calendar, Drive, Dropbox
– Have a basic understanding of accounting, logistic and I.T
– Ability to work in a team
.
